RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of the item being received (as detailed by our tracking information.) We can only accept returns of items that are unworn, in a resaleable condition and if the item is returned in the same condition as sold, and includes all original labels and Items which it was sold with. Therefore, all sold items must be returned in the same condition which they are sent to our customers. Refunds will be subject to satisfactory completion of our internal authentication and quality processes.
After 28 days from delivery has passed, we reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange for products which are not faulty. Faulty items can be described as not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described (please note our item condition guide provides clear detail of the condition of the item which we are selling, and items may well have imperfections as described in the item listing.)
This returns policy is valid and offered only for online. This does not include accidental damage, normal pre-owned wear, wear through usage or wear or damage not noted within 14 days of the item being received. As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Products which are faulty will be offered a full refund.
