The Website is provided solely for your personal use. You may not use the Website for any commercial purpose. All photographs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, artwork, sounds, belongs to V&G Boutique; you are not permitted to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, publicly display, translate, transmit or distribute this Content in any way without V&G Boutique's prior written permission.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, amend or remove any part of our website, and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or withdrawal of the Website.

We reserve the right, to change, modify, add, amend or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions from time to time and it is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions for any changes (these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.)

 

The website and all materials, text, code, content, software, videos, music, sound, graphics, photographs, illustrations, artwork, names, logos, marks, formats, files, devices and links contained in them or linked to them (“Content”) are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights owned by us (V&G Boutique) or our licensors. This content may not be used or reproduced except that you may download one copy of such content or part of such content to your individual computer for your personal and non-commercial use only. All copyright and other proprietary notices appearing on such content must be preserved without alteration or modification. Any links to our website must be notified to and approved by us before they are created.

Pricing Policy

All Product prices are in pounds (£) sterling and are inclusive of UK value added tax (“VAT”) (where applicable), at the appropriate rate, and are correct at the time that the Product Description was first entered on to the Website. Prices of Products may change from time to time and any promotional discounts or offers may also be withdrawn at any time.

Although we try to ensure all our Product’s prices displayed in the Product Description are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of a Product you have ordered we will be unable to accept your Order and shall contact you as soon as possible in order to give the option of either reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your Order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.

VAT and Non-EU Customs/Taxes

All Product prices shown on the Website are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT.
Where you have requested delivery of your Order to an EU country, the total cost of your Order will include UK VAT.

Where you have requested delivery of your Order to a non-EU country, the total cost of your Order will include UK VAT. All Customs and Admin fees from country’s outside the EU will be met by the buyer.

You will be the importer for the international delivery of your Order (i.e. any Order delivered to a country other than the UK). Therefore, before placing an Order, it is your responsibility to check that the Products you are planning to import comply with state and federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your Order. If any customs requirements apply or charges are due, you agree to be responsible for these.

Product Descriptions on our Website

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our Products. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all Product Descriptions are correct at the time when the relevant information was first entered onto the Website What you see will depend on your computer equipment, screen or monitor and we are therefore unable to guarantee that a Product’s images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.

Product Availability

The Website features Products that have been carefully selected for sale on the Website. Products are subject to availability so once a Product has sold out it will be taken off the Website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. As there is a delay between the time when your Order is placed, and the time when the Order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular Products may change. If a Product you have ordered goes out of stock before we accept your Order, then V&G Boutique shall not be liable to you for being unable to provide that Product. If such a situation arises, then we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock Product.

Delivery

You must always provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information including that which is listed on the buyer's Paypal Account.
We cannot be liable for the delivery of your Order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.

Please note that delivery of your Order may take longer during sale, holiday or other busy periods.

Cancellations and Returns

If you decide to return goods:

a) the Buyer must notify the Seller that the goods are to been returned, prior to the item being sent. This notification must be in writing via the website's e-mail address. The goods must then be returned within 14 calendar days of original receipt, by a fully insured to the value of the goods, trackable and signed for method, and the tracking number provided to the Seller
b) the Buyer will be liable for the cost of return shipping inclusive of any Customs Costs incurred, and of remedying any damage to the Goods returned where such damage has, in the opinion of the Seller, been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer or through the Buyer’s fault.

Once you have received confirmation that your return has been agreed, you must return the goods in their original condition and with all associated packaging, all security tags, at your cost, within 14 working days of their receipt. The goods must be received by the Seller, in the same condition as sent, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item by the Buyer. The Security Tag must be in place to be eligible for a refund. Any item returned without this Tag intact will not be refunded.
Please note Returns will not be accepted if they have been exposed in a smoking or pet environment.

Upon receipt of the returned item and upon successful inspection of the item, the Seller will refund the Buyer by the same method that the original payment was made with a deduction of original actual Postage Cost. Any Customs costs incurred by the Seller to receive the item will also be deducted from the refund provided. The refund will be processed within 24 hours of item receipt.
If the item is returned in a differing condition to that sent, V&G Boutique reserves the right to withhold all or part of the refund.

It is agreed that the Seller can cancel the contract with the Buyer, and issue a full refund at any time, until the goods are despatched.  The purchase of the goods is an invitation to purchase only.

General

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any clause of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that clause shall be deemed severable from the Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remainder of these Terms and Conditions which shall continue to have full force and effect.

Liability and Indemnity

Our website and content is provided “as is” excluding all warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law. We accept no liability for functions contained on the website and make no warranty that the website will operate uninterrupted or error-free or that any defect will be corrected. We do not warrant that the website is compatible with your computer equipment or that the website or server is free of errors, viruses, worms or “Trojan horses” or anything else which may have a harmful effect on any technology and we shall not be liable for any damage you may suffer as a result of such destructive features. We do not warrant that our website is non-infringing in respect of third party rights.

You acknowledge that use of our website and its contents is at your own risk. We exclude to the fullest extent permitted by law all liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of our website, any website linked to them and any materials and content posted on them. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or loss or damage arising from fraud, nor do these user terms affect your statutory rights.
